Concerns with Outfitr US - Lack of Support

I ordered a 2-Bike Hitch E-Bike Rack with Ramp, Foldable for E-Bikes on 6/2/26, expecting it to ship from the Missouri warehouse. I paid $15 for expedited shipping to have the rack for a trip on 6/13/26. However, the shipment information was sent to FedEx from CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA on 6/4/26, which was not the expected location. The rack did not arrive until 6/10/25. Despite sending several emails to [email protected], I received no replies. Additionally, there is no phone number available for order support, and their US address appears to be just a warehouse: 2835 E Jean St, Springfield MO 65803. It is concerning to note that they have an F rating from the BBB in Missouri for not responding to complaints. Although the marketing seems attractive across social media, it feels like it may just be a US-facing front for an offshore operation using California warehouses. While the rack itself is satisfactory, it is made in China and the user manual is not very helpful.
